At PANTOGRAPHY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your PANTOGRAPHY account and select the 'Order History' section to request a return authorization for eligible items.
Pack with Care
Place the item back in its original packaging with all protective inserts to ensure it remains undamaged during the return transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
